India's Squad Announcement, Asia Cup 2023, Highlights: Indian cricket team's squad for Asia Cup 2023 has been announced. KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer made their returns from injury. On the other hand, all-rounder Hardik Pandya has been appointed as skipper Rohit Sharma's deputy. Mumbai Indians star batter Tilak Varma has also been included in the team after his heroics in the T20Is against West Indies. Spinner Kuldeep Yadav has found himself a place in the squad while Yuzvendra Chahal has not been included. Wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson has been added as a back-up wicketkeeper.
