About Titwood, Glasgow
Titwood is a cricket ground in the Glasgow city of Scotland. The Stadium plays host to the Scotland national cricket team. It is located in the Pollokshields district of Glasgow. It is the home of the Clydesdale Cricket Club and alternates with the Grange. Titwood was approved by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for the hosting of ICC One-Day International matches in May, 2007. It became the fourth Scottish ground to be granted ODI status by the ICC. Titwood was scheduled to host its first ever ODI match on 3rd July, 2007 but the match was abandoned without a ball being bowled because of rain. The next match at the Titwood ground was played between Scotland and India on 16th August, 2007. India won that match by seven wickets.
