Bangladesh vs England 3rd T20I, Highlights: Bangladesh on Tuesday defeated world champions England by 16 runs in the third T20I at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur. With this win, Bangladesh pulled off a 3-0 series sweep over the visitors. Chasing a target of 159, England looked in control at one point after Dawid Malan had smashed a half-century. However, the visitors lost quick wickets and were eventually reduced to 142/6 in 20 overs. Earlier, Top knocks from Litton Das and Najmul Hossain Shanto guided Bangladesh to 158/2 in 20 overs against England in the third T20I match on Tuesday. Asked to bat first, Bangladesh started off on a good note with Das and Rony Talukdar stitching a long partnership. Adil Rashid then removed Talukdar for 24. Das went on to score 73 but was removed by Chris Jordan. Later, Shakib Al Hasan and Shanto remained unbeaten at 4* and 47* and took Bangladesh's total at 158/2. Earlier, England skipper Jos Buttler won the toss and opted to field against Bangladesh.

Bangladesh will be slightly disappointed but still have a par score on the board. They would have loved around 180 though. The way they started and way Litton Das and Najmul Hossain Shanto were punishing the bowlers the score was on but Das slowed down as he got past his fifty and since then, the runs were hard to buy for Bangladesh. The pitch has got demons but if one of England's batters go onto play a big innings, they should definitely chase this down.

Excellent recovery from England as at one point 180 was looking very gettable score but the way England bowled in the final phase, they deserved the praise. It could have been better if they started with the same energy. Sloppy fielding and drop catches didn't help them as Litton Das made the most of the lifeline while due to fielding, the pressure was never created. England though have given themselves a chance by pulling things back quite nicely.
