French Open finalist Errani loses at Australian Open
The seventh-seeded Errani had her best result in 21 Grand Slam tournaments when she lost in the final of last year's French to Maria Sharapova.

French Open finalist Sara Errani has lost her first-round match at the Australian Open 6-4, 6-4 to Carla Suarez Navarro of Spain on Monday.
The seventh-seeded Errani had her best result in 21 Grand Slam tournaments when she lost in the final of last year's French to Maria Sharapova.
The 25-year-old Italian had one of her best years on the tour in 2012, winning four events and improving her ranking from 45 at the end of 2011 to sixth at the end of last year.
