Dhoni looked in good spirits and he and his side had every reason to appear joyous.
The skipper collected a cheque and the ICC ODI shield on behalf of the team for finishing at the top of the championship table.

Eyes were especially on Shikhar Dhawan who is expected to open once again against Australia. He was run-out before he could make an impact against Sri Lanka and his role at the top will be pivotel.

Murali Vijay too will be keenly watched. He scored 18 against Sri Lanka and Dhoni has already said the middle-order will need some support.
"The middle-order came under pressure in the Sri Lankan match but we will do well with a better start," said Dhoni, obviously hinting Dhawan and Vijay's role upfront.

Dinesh Karthik though has shown early signs of aggression. He scored an unbeaten 106 against Sri Lanka.
Is seen making his way out to the middle for the practice session.

Bowling though will be a slight concern.
Though India defeated Sri Lanka in the first warm-up, bowlers like Irfan Pathan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar (right) were very expensive.

Another man who will be high on confidence, courtesy his superb 120-ball 144, is Virat Kohli.

Rohit Sharma though would know that in the end, it is all about winning and numbers do not really matter.
After all, he did captain Mumbai Indians to IPL glory last month.
