Spanish giants Barcelona will include central defender Gerard Pique, coming back from injury, for their Champions League meeting with Celtic in Glasgow on Wednesday, the club said on Monday.

"Gerard Pique is in the squad for Glasgow," said the Barca website, while adding that neither Brazilian Adriano, who strained his groin in the weekend win over Celta Vigo, nor the suspended Sergio Busquets would be included.

Pique could start given Barca are already without Carlos Puyol.

Former Manchester United defender Pique injured his left foot during Barcelona's 3-2 victory over Spartak Moscow in the Champions League on September 19.

Adriano is set to be replaced by compatriot Dani Alves.
