Pakistan beat South Africa by 1-run in a thriller, win ODI series

Umar Akmal got quick runs at the end with 42 that saw Pakistan post 262 in 45 overs.

Dale Steyn took 6 for 39 and made sure that Pakistan did not get more than they did.

Junaid Khan was the pick of the Pakistani bowlers with 3 for 42 in 9 overs.

Hashim Amla hit a fluent 98 as he threatened to take the game away from Pakistan.

AB de Villiers hit 74 and South Africa were still in the hunt.

South Africa well just short as Pakistan won by 1 run to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.
