Opting to bat first, the Kiwis lost two early wickets but Reddy and Oscar Jackson changed the momentum of the game. Reddy scored 147 off 125 balls while skipper Jackson scored 75 off 81 balls.

In reply, Nepal kept losing wickets at regular intervals. They struggled to build big parnterships and just the one batter batted well and that was Arjun Kumal. He fell 10 short of a half ton but received no support from the other end. Also, the top four bowlers for the Kiwis were excellent. Mason Clarke was the pick but he got able support from the rest. Overall, a very good performance in the end.

A comprehensive win for the Kiwis! To be honest, it was that partnership between Oscar Jackson and Snehith Reddy which won them the game. They were in trouble when the two got together but they added over 100. Snehith Reddy went on to score a ton and that took his side to a massive sore.
