The Raeburn Place is a multi-use ground in Scotland. It is used for the sport of rugby as well as football. The ground is situated in the city of Edinburgh. The first ever international rugby union game was played at Raeburn Place. It was played on March 27, 1871 between England and Scotland which the latter won. The playing fields are also used for football. The Raeburn Place is the host to the Edinburgh Academical Cricket. In 1994, the Women's Rugby World Cup final between England and the USA was played at this venue. It was also the ground for the first ever women's international for both Scotland and Ireland in 1993. It is yet to host an international cricket match.
