About Cambusdoon New Ground, Ayrshire
Cambusdoon New Ground is a cricket venue located in the Ayrshire region of Scotland. It is the home of Ayr Cricket Club. It is the third Scottish ground to be granted ODI status by ICC. The ground hosted an international match in August, 2006 as part of the European Cricket Championship tournament. Cambusdoon hosted three one-day internationals during the tournament. The first ODI played at that venue was between Scotland and Ireland. It was a 50-over game which Ireland won by 85 runs. Netherlands was the third team competing in the European Cricket Championship tournament. In future, plenty of international matches are going to take place at the Cambusdoon New Ground in Scotland.
