Out-of-favour Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh (in file pic above) has turned into an entrepreneur, launching his own range of sports apparel called, Bhajji Sports. The apparel company is currently sponsoring the Punjab team in the ongoing Ranji season. Harbhajan, who is known for donning multiple hats outside the cricket field, spoke to NDTV, saying, "I like wearing good clothes. Some of my friends who are into making clothes told me since I was already playing with my own brand of bat sticker, I should make a foray in fashion. The idea has worked very well. Today you demand what you want, Bhajji Sports will provide it." (Read: Harbhajan to open a cricket academy in Himachal Pradesh)

This is not the first time that Harbhajan has been in the spotlight for reasons other than cricket. On the field, he has exceptional statistics of 400-plus wickets in 101 Tests. Away from it, Harbhajan's versatility comes to the fore. He has made an acting appearance as inspector Harbhajan (something that he was with the Punjab Police in real life too) in a Punjabi film, has lent his voice to a music video and was nothing short of a seasoned model on the ramp a few years ago, letting his hair down, quite literally. In April this year, Harbhajan also announced that he would soon turn to film production, with plans of roping in some of the biggest Bollywood stars and making Punjabi movies. Back then, he went on to quash rumours that he would take his real-life love affair with Geeta Basra to the screen, by saying he will never act in any of his movies. But the man known for his 'doosra', has continued to keep his fans optimistic and on their toes. (Read: Bhajji bats for Golf Premier League)

Harbhajan's latest business idea seems to have impressed his Punjab teammate and leg spinner Rahul Sharma, who says, "I am glad that Bhajji pa came up with this clothes line. When a player, who is a part of the system does it, they know exactly what to do. He knows our requirements very well and has worked things accordingly." Harbhajan also shared his plans of expanding his business and said, "Not just cricket, we are doing clothing for football, hockey etc. It's basic stuff but good designing is what I am looking to do."
