The West Indies off-spinner, who had already arrived last week, rushed back home after the demise of his father as KKR head coach Jacques Kallis on Thursday said they are not putting any pressure on Narine to join. "We are certainly not putting any pressure on him to get back. It's something that I've been through. I know how tough a time it is. When he's right and he feels he's ready to play cricket he will come to us," said Kallis. (Dwayne Bravo Admits He Will Miss Mahendra Singh Dhoni's Leadership)
Narine, who had pulled out of the World Twenty20 because of his suspect action, has remodelled his action and Kallis said they're hopeful to get a positive verdict from the International Cricket Council (ICC).
"He has done a lot of work. We haven't got official verdict from the ICC yet but hopefully it will come back positive. I'm pretty sure of it."
