About Danish Mujtaba:

Danish Mujtaba represented India for the first time in 2009 and has since been a rather regular member of the national side. For those who have seen him play, it does not come as much of a surprise since Danish Mujtaba is a player who has shown a good understanding of the game.

Mujtaba, from Allahabad, has been a consistent performer right from his days in the junior national team. He was trained in the Air India Sports Austhority of India Hockey Academy and has attended a training program in the Australian Institute of Sport.
