8.4 OUT! CAUGHT! How unfortunate is that for Rohit Sharma? Sam Curran though is visibly happy and why would he not be. India lose their second wicket inside Powerplay 1 and this is the big wicket of Rohit Sharma who was looking in the groove today. A nothing delivery, in fact a ball that should have found the fence. Full and on the leg side, Rohit looks to flick but seems to have lost his shape. He flicks it uppishly and straight to short fine leg. Adil Rashid there takes a simple catch. India in a little bit of trouble here as both their openers are back for early shower. 37/2

3.5 OUT! CAUGHT! Reece Topley's patient, questioning line and length has paid rewards. The Man of the Match from the last game does not last long and England have got the breakthrough early in the first Powerplay. Topley after hitting the length decides to go full around off. This one shapes away from the southpaw as well. Dhawan, who had been so patient so far finally falls in the honeytrap. He looks to go for the flashy drive but the outswinger sees the ball catch the outside edge of Gabbar's willow. It goes to the right of second slip. Ben Stokes there is safe as a house. He takes a good sharp catch. 9/1

32 OUT! CAUGHT! Kohli once again fails to convert a fifty into a hundred but take nothing away from this innings. It is still a very good one but the class and standard of Super V is such that the talk of the town will not be about the 66 runs he scored but the 34 he missed out on. Skipper, Jos Buttler redeems himself and Rashid finally gets his man. Slightly shorter and quicker leg break which is pitched around off. There is some extra bounce as well on this one. Kohli looks to run it down to the off side but ends up getting an outside edge due to the extra bounce. Buttler, who closed his glove early and dropped Kohli on 35, redeems himself and takes the catch this time. The 121-run stand is broken and England will now look to claw their way back in this game. 158/3

44.5 OUT! CAUGHT! End of a fantastic knock from KL Rahul! First shot that he has mistimed and that has brought about his downfall. Tom Curran finally has something to celebrate but not before Rahul has done devastating damage. The fiery stand that has put England to the sword comes to an end. Short ball on middle and leg, Rahul is cramped for room. He looks to deposit the ball over mid-wicket fence. He does not get the timing or enough meat on it. The ball goes straight down the throat of the fielder there. Reece Topley in the deep makes no mistake and takes the catch. Probably a tired shot but he has played his part. 271/4

46.5 OUT! CAUGHT! End of a fabulous knock from Rishabh Pant! Blistering, carefree and filled with firecrackers and highlight package comes to an end. A very good catch from Jason Roy in the deep is required to send Pant back in the hut. Good length delivery outside off, Pant has to reach out for it. He ends up slicing it to the right of third man. It goes high in the air, Roy keeps his eyes on the ball. Maybe he lost sight in the sun but manages to get it back. He slides and takes a very good catch inches above the turf. A blistering knock from Pant. 77 off just 40 balls from the talented Delhi lad and his innings can be the difference in this game. 308/5

49.5 OUT! CAUGHT! Topley gets his second wicket! Short delivery on off, Hardik Pandya looks to pull but gets a top edge. It goes towards long off where Jason Roy takes a good catch in the deep. 334/6

16.3 OUT! RUN OUT! A brilliant bit of fielding from Rohit Sharma has seen the back of the opening stand. Is this the breakthrough India needed to get back in this game? Floated on middle and off, Bairstow hits it to the right of short mid-wicket. Bairstow and Roy look for the run. Roy is not confident though. Both batters are ball-watching and find one another in midway, at no man's land. Rohit dives and makes a tremendous stop. Rohit then sends a good throw to Pant at the keeper's end. He does the rest and an anticlimatic end to Roy's innings. 110/1

36.1 OUT! CAUGHT! Bairstow follows Stokes back in the pavilion and is there a twist in the tale once again? A very similar dismissal of that to Stokes in the first ODI. Fullish ball and pacy outside off. Bairstow leans forward and looks to drive it on the up. He times it well but uppishly hits it straight to the man at short cover. Virat Kohli there makes no mistake and takes a good catch. 50 needed in 83 balls now. Are we set to see another collapse from the World Champions? Surely not, right? 287/3

35.2 OUT! CAUGHT! Heartbreaking for Stokes as he misses out on a century by a run. Stokes departs for 99 and it is a soft dismissal. He deserved a ton but sometimes you do not get what you deserve and unfortunately, that is what has happened with Stokes. Stokes looks up to the skies, seems to apologize to his late father but one can be sure that he would look down on his son from heaven and would be really proud of him. Short ball, a very well bowled bumper as Bhuvi knows Stokes would go after him. It is on the leg side, Stokes looks to pull but gets a glove to it on its way to the keeper. Pant takes the catch and it is a muted celebration from the Indians. End of a brilliant knock, one of the best knocks in recent times. Stokes walks off disappointed and does a hand gesture to remember his late father. 285/2

36.4 OUT! BOWLED! A corker of a yorker and the skipper departs for a duck. India are right back in this game. A picture-perfect yorker on middle and off. Buttler looks to defend but he cannot get his bat down in time. The ball sneaks between the turf and the bat to go and hit the poles. 3rd wicket in 9 balls and India have come out of the dead once again. Pressure on England now. What a brilliant yorker from Prasidh Krishna! You can be one of the best batter but that ball would get the better of you more often than not! 287/4
