Cheteshwar Pujara gets engaged to Rajkot-based Pooja Pabari

While his innings on the field is yet to fully take-off, middle-order batsman Cheteshwar Pujara is already mid-way another innings, albeit off the field. In a simple ceremony, Pujara got engaged to Rajkot-based Pooja Pabari.

The only cricketer to be present at the function was Saurashtra skipper Jaydev Shah.

The obviously elated family reportedly informed sources that they had decided before hand that the function would remain a low-key affair.

22-year-old Pooja is a MBA in retail management and comes from Jamjodhpur in Jamnagar district in Gujarat, Mumbai Mirror reported.

It has also been reported that Cheteshwar Pujara's packed schedule does not really allow the marriage to take place in the immediate future.
