He gets the timing right but hits it flatly, not getting the requisite distance. Johnson Charles stationed at deep square leg doesn't have to move an inch and takes a good reverse-cup catch. Gudakesh Motie comes from around the wicket, and lands it right on the seam, on a fullish length, it keeps straight and doesn't turn a bit. Gulbadin Naib is drawn forward and looks to play a defensive stroke anticipating the ball to turn and plays it over the line. The ball sneaks past the inside edge and thuds his front pad.
