Chennai Super Kings Skipper MS Dhoni Completes 50 Catches in Indian Premier League
Mahendra Singh Dhoni became the third wicketkeeper to take 50 catches in the Indian Premier League. Dinesh Karthik (52) and Adam Gilchrist (51) are the other two.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni achieved a personal milestone of completing fifty catches as a wicketkeeper in the Indian Premier League in Chennai Super Kings' two-run win over Kolkata Knight Riders at MA Chidambram Stadium in Chepauk on Tuesday. Dhoni is only the third keeper after Dinesh Karthik and Adam Gilchrist to have this rare distinction in the IPL.(Match Report | Scorecard | Highlights)
Chennai also became the first team to win 75 games in the IPL, out of a total 122 matches. Dhoni has led them in 119 of which he has won 74, the most by any captain in the tournament. In addition to this 'Captain Cool' has 27 wins in 60 Tests, 100 wins in 178 ODIs, 26 victories out of 49 in T20Is and 115 in 192 T20 matches.
