However, he does so aerially and it goes straight into the hands of Lahiru Madushanka at deep square leg. He takes it safely and Dabare will be disappointed with this shot. Matthew Forde after getting hit for a boundary in the previous delivery, gets his revenge now. 20/1

5.5 OUT! CAUGHT! What a catch by the stand-in skipper Sikandar Raza and this is a big wicket of Kusal Mendis. Three wickets in the Powerplay now and all three has been taken by Matthew Forde.  On a length, on off. Mendis tries to heave it towards the leg side but gets a top edge. The ball goes in the air and behind the mid off fielder. However, Raza runs back, keeps his eye on the ball till the last moment and takes a fantastic catch with a dive in the end. 31/3

4 OUT! LBW! Two in two for Matthew Forde and he is on a hat-trick now! Forde with a fullish delivery that swings sharply into the batter. Oshada Fernando tries to defend it but misses and gets hit on the pads. There is a big appeal but the umpire is not interested. Matthew Forde though is very confident and convinces his skipper to take the review. Raza takes the DRS and the UltraEdge shows no bat here. The Ball Tracking rolls and it shows three reds and the decision will be overturned. Oshada Fernando walks back for a golden duck. 20/2

6.1 OUT! CAUGHT! Another one bites the dust! Dambulla Aura are all over Galle Gladiators now. On a good length, on off. Shafiq tries to work it towards the leg side but the ball shapes away and catches the outside edge of the blade. The ball goes in the air towards covers and Matthew Forde is in the action again as he takes a fine catch. 32/4

13.2 OUT! TIMBER! Dilum Sudeera does knock over Azam Khan right after being hit for a biggie and Galle Gladiators have now lost half their side. Khan has only one intention here, to come down the track and muscle the ball away. Sudeera is smart and just holds it back a touch. The length is pulled back a touch and Khan is beaten completely in the flight. The ball goes on to crash into the off stump and the dangerman departs. 63/5

14.5 OUT! CAUGHT! Straight to the man and Dambulla Aura have their sixth wicket. This is tossed up on a length and around off stump. It isn't full enough to drive but Imad Wasim does look to cream it through cover. Wasim ends up hitting it uppishly and straight to the man at extra cover. The skipper, Sikandar Raza takes a sharp catch around his chest and Noor Ahmad has his first wicket of the game. Dambulla are all pumped up. Can they restrict the opposition to under a 100 runs now? 68/6

16 OUT! LBW! The review works wonders for Sikandar Raza and Dambulla Aura and another one bites the dust here for Galle Gladiators. Raza comes from around the wicket now and fires in a quicker one. This is on a length and just skids on from around middle. Nimesh Vimukthi gets caught on the crease while looking to flick and ends up getting pinged on the pads. There is a huge appeal but the umpire turns it down. Raza reviews it and there's no spike on UltraEdge. Ball Tracking shows that the ball is going on to hit the leg stump and Vimukthi has to walk back. 75/7

17.1 OUT! TAKEN! For a moment it looked like the ball was in the gap but Dilum Sudeera does take it. Matthew Forde comes back in for his final over and picks up his fourth wicket right away. This is a bit shorter and outside off, Wahab Riaz throws his hands at it and ends up slashing it flat and toward the backward point fence. Sudeera from the point fence runs to his left and grabs it with both hands. Neither Forde nor Wahab can believe it but Galle Gladiators have lost their eighth wicket now. 87/8

1 OUT! CLEANED UP! A fast bowler's dream delivery and Shevon Daniel has to walk back early. Slingy delivery from Nuwan Thushara, full and swinging in late from middle stump. Shevon Daniel looks to flick it leg side but he ends up playing all around it. The ball sneaks under the bat and crashes into the middle and leg stumps. Perfect start for Galle Gladiators and things have become even more difficult for Dambulla Aura. 5/1

9.1 OUT! CAUGHT AND BOWLED! Nimesh Vimukthi comes on after the break and gets the wicket that might prove to be the difference-maker in this whole equation. Vimukthi shows great courage to toss it up first up and bowls it full around off stump. Jordan Cox could have hit it anywhere but he hits it hard and right back at the bowler who takes a sharp return catch. Cox departs after a solid knock but Dambulla Aura are yet again behind in the equation. 90/3

2.2 OUT! CAUGHT! Very soft dismissal and Lasith Croospulle won't be happy with that stroke. Nuwan Thushara bowls it full and on the pads, looking to swing it away but ends up serving a low ful toss. Croospulle looks to flick but closes the bat face early and ends up chipping it straight to Nimesh Vimukthi at mid-wicket and he makes no mistake. Dambulla Aura are two down inside the first 3 overs. 11/2

10.4 OUT! RUN OUT! A big mix-up and Matthew Forde is gone! A low full toss on off. Forde drives it to deep extra cover and charges back for the second run. However, Raza is not interested in the second run and stays in his crease. However, Forde comes charging in at the batter's end and both the batters are stranded at the batter's end. The throw comes in at the batter's end from Nuwanidu Fernando. Azam Khan collects the ball and throws it at the bowler's end and Wasim whips the bails off. Forde has to walk back and he is not happy with Raza. 105/4

Chamindu Wickramasinghe goes deep in his crease and tries to go over the top. He hits it with a straight blade but fails to get the required distance and ends up hitting it straight to long on where Nuwan Thushara takes an easy catch. 122/6
