Not the best of balls though as this tails back into the pads, too full, there to be helped away. Allen works it uppishly towards short fine leg where Rauf flings himself to his right and pulls off a spectacular catch with his right hand. The ball stays in his grasp even as his elbow hits the turf. Finn Allen departs for 0 (3) in his 50th T20I. 3/1

12.5 OUT! CAUGHT! A heartbreak for Mark Chapman as he misses out on a hundred here! He goes for 94 runs off just 44 balls. Shaheen Afridi picks up his second wicket as he bowls it slower again, on a good length and around middle. Mark Chapman looks to turn it away on the leg side with a closed bat face but the ball gets a bit big on him. The ball goes off a leading edge towards backward point where Shadab Khan moves to his left a bit and takes it with both hands. 141/5

He bowls a leg break, well outside off, and offers flight, Daryl Mitchell goes a bit low and looks to drive it inside out over cover. He has to reach out to play at it and only manages to get a thick outside edge. The ball goes in the air towards short third man where Haris Rauf picks up another catch of the night. 11.5 OUT! LBW! GONE! Abbas Afridi breaks a partnership here! He comes in from around the wicket and bowls it on a good length, gets it to come back in with the angle. James Neesham is caught up in the crease as he looks to play it to the leg side with a closed bat face. He gets beaten on the inside edge and the ball hits him on the back pad. Abbas goes for an appeal for LBW and the umpire also raises his finger. James Neesham asks his partner but decides against the review. This is a nicely tossed-up delivery by Abrar, a deceptive wrong'un, landed on the middle and leg stump line, on a fuller length. Mitchell Hay shapes up to tonk it into the stands but ends up playing the wrong line, as he fails to read the googly off the bowler's hand. The ball sneaks through the gap between the bat and pad and crashes into the wickets. 164/6

18.2 OUT! BOWLED! CLEANED HIM UP! Haris Rauf runs in hard and takes all the pace off from the ball. This is the slower one, pitched on the fractionally fuller length, at the stumps. Michael Bracewell is months early into his shot and goes through early as he tries to heave across into the leg side. Only manages to inside edge it, onto the pads, and then into the stumps. Haris Rauf gets his second wicket and New Zealand are 193/8. 193/8

15 OUT! BOWLED! Action-replay and Abrar Ahmed picks up another wicket, and will be on a HAT TRICK at the start of his next over! Dishes out another wrong'un, does Abrar, and lands it on the off stump line. It pitches and takes the bite, turns back into the batter sharply. Back of a length from Rauf, on top of the off stump, this one skids through very quickly off the surface, with a bit of lift as well. Ish Sodhi stays leg side, and tries to smash it into the stands with a pull shot, but only manages to get an outside edge. Mohammad Haris, behind the wickets, does the rest as he takes a regulation catch. 194/9

19.5 OUT! GONE! CAUGHT! New Zealand have been bowled out! Pitched on a hard length, on the leg stump line, just trying to cramp the batter for room. Jacob Duffy however, clears the front leg to create some space, but loses his shape as he goes through the shot, to clear long on. Mistimes it and it goes only as far as the long on fielder. Irfan Khan gets underneath and completes the catch. 204/10

5.5 OUT! IN THE AIR AND TAKEN! CAUGHT BEHIND! Duffy runs in hard and bends his back, bowls it short and on top of the stumps. Mohammad Haris swivels to pull, but is cramped up a bit for room. He does go through the shot, but ends up top edging it over the keeper's head. Mitchell Hay settles under it as the ball swirls and descends. Hay locks his eyes on the ball, and takes a fine catch. Finally, New Zealand get their first wicket as Mohammad Haris departs on 41 (20). Pakistan are 74/1, needing 131 runs to win in 14.1 overs. 74/1
