0.5 OUT! STRAIGHT TO THE FIELDER! Jofra Archer draws first blood. Not his best delivery, but he won't mind getting a wicket on it. This is short and wide outside off, there to be put away. Shai Hope reaches out and cuts it hard but fails to keep it down and also does not get enough elevation. The ball actually moves away slightly and kicks up a bit. It flies off the splice, straight to cover, where Tom Banton takes a good catch near his midriff. A three-baller for the Windies skipper, and they are rocked early. 8/1

5.5 OUT! TAKEN! England have Hetmyer's wicket. This is a well-directed short ball, dug into the pitch with pace taken off slightly, on top of the stumps. It lands and kicks up further. Shimron Hetmyer goes for the pull shot, but the ball gets big on him and it is sliced off the top edge. The ball goes to the moon and sails towards short fine leg. Sam Curran lurks under it and takes a straightforward catch. The 47-run partnership is broken. 55/3

9.3 OUT! LBW! Rashid is back to business after one off game. Adil dishes out a cunning googly. It pitches fairly outside off and dramatically spins back into the batter, skidding off a bit as well. Roston Chase goes back and across to work it to the leg side, but the ball stays low and beats his bat to rap his back pad. Given out LBW on-field on the appeal, but Chase has challenged the decision with a review. UltraEdge detects nothing. Ball Tracking presents three reds as the ball is projected to crash into the leg stump, such is the turn. Chase probably thought that it did a bit too much, but he takes the review with him. Adil Rashid bags his 400th T20 wicket. 77/4

14.2 OUT! TAKEN! Adil Rashid comes back into the attack and strikes straightaway, breaking the 51-run stand. He tosses it up, full and around middle. Rovman Powell looks to go big down the ground, but cannot quite get underneath the ball. He ends up mistiming it high in the air over the bowler's head, and Jamie Overton from long off, moves to his left, settles under it and takes it with a reverse cup. Windies lose half their side now. 128/5

19.4 OUT! CAUGHT! But Holder will feel that he has done his job. Shoots in a short ball, on middle. It keeps rearing up at the chest height of the batter. The ball gets big even on a tall figure of Jason Holder who tries to pull, but gets no proper connection. Hits it from the higher part of the bat and sails straight down the throat of Tom Banton stationed at long on. 189/6

3.2 OUT! CAUGHT! West Indies have their first one. Romario Shepherd bowls a short ball, on midde and leg. Phil Salt sees two fielders in the leg side outside the circle and tries to smash the ball down the ground, in the V, by advancing down the track. But gets massively cramped for room and his bat twists at the point of contact and lobs it to mid off where Sherfane Rutherford takes a good catch. Salt was looking ominous. He goes after providing a rapid-fire start for his team. England are 38/1, chasing 197. 38/1

6.4 OUT! CAUGHT! Roston Chase has the last laugh here and gets a massive wicket for the Windies. It is a little bit slower than the one that was pumped for six, full, and on middle. Jos Buttler clears his front leg away to swat it down the ground. But this is not that short and he gets cramped up for room as well. He does not get the elevation and power on the shot as the ball flies towards long on, where Rovman Powell moves to his left, gets low and takes a good catch near his chest. England are 74/2, still needing 123 runs in 80 balls. 74/2

9.3 OUT! BOWLED'EM! West Indies are slowly gaining control of this game now. Gudakesh Motie bowls the arm ball, full and on middle, goes with the arm, skids through and stays a bit low too. Jacob Bethell moves on the back foot, but he should have played it on the front foot. Before he gets his bat down, the ball already goes through and crashes into the stumps behind. Motie is off in celebration. England are 90/4, still needing 107 runs in 63 balls. 90/4

8 OUT! TAKEN! Gudakesh Motie strikes, and West Indies get two wickets in successive overs. This is tossed up nicely, full and on middle, turns away a shy bit. Tom Banton goes inside out to loft it away but the ball just holds up in the surface. He ends up chipping it wide of short extra cover, where Brandon King swiftly moves across and grabs a fantastic catch to his right. Banton departs for back-to-back low scores in this World Cup. The replay shows that Banton's bat got twisted at the point of contact, which indicates that he was a bit early into the shot, resulting in the loss of power and placement. 85/3

13.5 OUT! CAUGHT AND BOWLED! Motie magic continues at the Wankhede. Wicket number 3 for him. As he has done all evening, after bowling a few projectiles, Motie slows the pace and offers decent flight on this one to trap the batter. What this does is it allows the ball to land and grip from the surface. On a fuller length, on middle, it holds on the pitch and spins away. Harry Brook is lured into the flight and tries to push it straight, but chips it to the left of the bowler. Gudakesh Motie is alert to the situation and takes a fine catch on his follow-through. The Windies are up and about as one. The English captain departs as the 41-run partnership is halted. England are 131/5. 131/5

14.4 OUT! LBW! Chase with a big wicket. He bowls from around the stumps and darts it on a fuller length, landing it right in front of the middle pole. It lands and spins in a touch. Will Jacks plants the front foot forward and tries to whip it to the leg side with the spin, but gets a bit too much across and the ball beats the inside edge to slam on his shin. This time, it is given out by the umpire on the appeal for LBW, and Jacks reviews it. But honestly, this looks dead-straight. UltraEdge shows a flat line, and Ball Tracking comes up with three reds with the ball projected to crash on the middle and leg stumps. This is as plumb as it can get. Jacks takes the review with him. The scales tilt further in West Indies' favor. 134/6

16 OUT! TAKEN! Akeal Hosein strikes on his last ball, but the credit goes to Rovman Powell for a fantastic grab in the deep. Tossed up, full and on off, turns away a bit. Jamie Overton skips down the track and looks to loft it with a straight bat but does not get enough elevation as he hits it from the bottom half of the bat. It flies towards long off, where Powell settles under it near the ropes and grabs it with a leap. He is just falling over a bit, flicks the ball up in the air, goes out and then comes in to complete the catch. The third umpire is called in and the replay shows that it is a clean take, with no part of Powell's feet/boot in contact with the boundary cushions while he has the ball in hand. 17.2 OUT! JOFRA ARCHER IS RUN OUT! Jason Holder bowls a fine yorker, on leg. Jofra Archer tries to dig it out but misses and it hits his toes and rolls to the off side. Sam Curran calls his partner for the run, but Archer is very slow to react and loses sight of the ball, just strolls towards the other end. Holder quickly gets to the ball on his follow-through, turns around, takes aim and hits the bullseye at the bowler's end, with Archer nowhere to be seen. England are 151/8. 151/8

18.3 OUT! LIAM DAWSON IS RUN OUT! Shamar Joseph bowls a low full toss, on middle, Sam Curran lofts it from the toe-end of the bat towards long on. Jason Holder runs forward but the ball drops in front of him and he fumbles while trying to grab it with his left hand. However, he recovers and throws it with his right to the bowler's end on top of the stumps. Curran had to go for the second, but Dawson is a bit slow to set off. Joseph collects the throw from Holder and breaks the stumps. Dawson puts in a dive but that does not save him. England are nine down now. 161/9

19 OUT! TAKEN IN THE DEEP! A fantastic catch, and that is it from this game. We just have to wait for confirmation, but Roston Chase is celebrating and looks very confident. Shamar Joseph bowls a low full toss, on the leg stump line. Adil Rashid whips it away, but from the inside half of the bat, and does not get the distance. It flies towards deep square leg, where Chase runs forward, dives, and scoops it up just inches above the ground. The third umpire checks a few replays, and he is convinced the fingers are underneath the ball and it is a fair grab. The Windies did it in 2016 against England in the T20 World Cup here in Mumbai, and they have done it again. West Indies win by 30 runs. 166/10
