Bopanna and Fleming hammered as many as 14 aces and had 75 per cent first serves in. After a hard-fought first set, Knowle and Polasek failed to hold their serve against Bopanna-Fleming.
Bopanna and his partner will now face the winner of semi-final between first seeds Aisam Qureshi-Jean Julian Roger and Nicola Mahut-Edouard Roger-Vasselin.
