7.4 OUT! BOWLED! The stumps are a mess! Kashif Daud has his first wicket in ODI cricket. He is elated and why shouldn't he be? It is of the big-hitting Kevin O'Brien. Full and outside off, O'Brien looks to whip it through the leg side but the ball comes back in a long way, finds the gap between bat and pad and hits the timber. Deserved a wicket, really. This has been an excellent opening spell. 39/1

28 OUT! CAUGHT BY THE KEEPER! A great catch by Vriitya Aravind. It is very windy out there and certainly not easy to adjust. Full and outside off, Balbirnie looks to play the slog sweep but this time, Raza takes the ball away from him. So that means Andy has to reach out for the shot. Gets a top edge which goes straight up in the air. To the naked eye, it seems like a simple catch but then mid-way, the wind takes the ball sideways. The keeper keeps his eyes on the ball till the last moment and yet, he has to dive. Manages to do so in the end and clasps the ball. Great catch. End of a fine 102-run stand. 141/2

31.2 OUT! LBW! The Naagin dance comes out! Mustafa strikes and Tector is on his bike. Full and around off, pretty straight, Harry looks to defend but misses the straight ball. Is hit on the pads and the umpire immediately raises his finger on the appeal. Mustafa celebrates by doing the Naagin dance, which is normally seen being done by Bangladesh players. 153/3

34 OUT! BOWLED! The Naagin dance is out again! Full and outside off, Tucker lunges to defend but the ball pitches, spins in like a vicious snake, goes between bat and pad and hits the timber! Mustafa does the celebration once again, with his second wicket in 11 balls and Ireland are wobbling a bit now. 159/4

8 OUT! CAUGHT BY THE KEEPER! The UAE are 2 down with both openers back in the hut. A nothing shot from Farid. On a length, outside off, Zawar tays leg side of the ball and looks to punch it through the off side, without moving his feet and gets a thick outside edge. The keeper, Lorcan Tucker, dives to his right and takes the catch. 38/2

3.2 OUT! CAUGHT! Aravind falls. He seemed to want to get on top of the bowlers but has been removed now. A length ball, good change in pace, Aravind looks to turn this to the leg side but cannot keep it down. Finds substitute James McCollum at short mid-wicket, who, we suspect, is on for Stirling. 18/1

45.4 OUT! CAUGHT! That is a stunning catch. A length ball, around off, Rizwan swings for the heavens but does not quite time it that well. Two fielders converge - deep square leg and deep mid-wicket. Harry Tector loses the ball but at the last moment, spots it, dives to his right and takes a stunner! Rizwan departs for a fantastic 109 while the 184-run stand has been broken at last. 35 more needed from 26 balls now. 235/4

12.5 OUT! CAUGHT BY THE KEEPER! The finger is raised this time. Full and wide outside off, Sharafu looks to drive but is beaten by pace. Gets a thick outside edge, which is snaffled by the keeper. After failing to convince the umpire on the previous ball, this time the bowler manages to earn a nod. UAE in trouble now. 218 more needed from 223 balls. 51/3
