0.5 OUT! CAUGHT! And out on the next ball is Brandon King. A soft dismissal. Shaheen bowls it fuller and outside off, tries to entice the batter and keeps it pretty wide of the off stump. King just leans half-forward and extends his arms to reach out. He plays it too away from his body and ends up chipping it aerially off the upper half of the bat to cover, where Babar Azam takes it around his chest height easily. The first one is down for the West Indies in the first over, and Shaheen Afridi is pumped up, and so are the players of Pakistan. 4/1
19 OUT! CAUGHT! What a fine take from Shaheen Afridi in the end and for once, the extra ball in the over, works out in the bowler's favor. Saim Ayub stays around the wicket and gives this one a bit more air, tossing it up around off. The ball grips as Evin Lewis swings through the line of the ball but gets a lot of height and not enough distance. The ball comes swirling down around the long on region where Afridi comes in, a bit too much to his right and then has to scurry back and takes it brilliantly over his right shoulder with both hands. Lewis departs for a fine hand of 60 (62). 105/3
14.2 OUT! CAUGHT! A lucky break for the bowler, but he won't mind it. Sufiyan Muqeem serves a full toss around leg stump, Keacy Carty looks to sweep but can't quite get down on one knee. Carty ends up miscuing it off the backside of the bat, and the ball lobs up over the keeper's head to the leg side. Salman Agha at first slip has enough time to stroll back to his left and take a comfortable catch. The brewing stand worth 77 is broken and West Indies are now 81/2. 81/2
40.2 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! The misery of Shai Hope comes to an end and he goes for 55. Shaheen bowls it another pace-off delivery, keeps it on the hard length and bowls it around off this time, angles it away from the batter. Shai Hope gets deceived by the lack of pace on it as he swings his bat hard on it again. Doesn't get in a good position and only manages to get a feather on it as the ball takes the outside edge and goes to the right of the keeper, where Mohammad Rizwan leaps a bit that side and grabs it nicely. Shai has made a fifty but has chewed balls too and struggled to time the ball in this inning. 200/5
25.3 OUT! CAUGHT! A wicket against the run of play and Salman Agha is pumped up, as it is a timely breakthrough for Pakistan. Agha tosses it up and keeps it slower, pitches it full around off, Sherfane Rutherford remains leg side of the ball and backs away further to access the off-side. He comes forward and looks to get underneath it to loft it inside out over covers. But the ball gets some grip and turns away further from the batter, hence Rutherford doesn't get the desired elevation there. He ends up chipping it straight to cover, where Saim Ayub makes no mistake, and pouches it low around his waist. West Indies are four down. 136/4
44.5 OUT! CAUGHT! FIFTY AND OUT! West Indies lose their seventh, and this one is a big one as all of their recognised batters are back in the hut now. Naseem goes fuller and around off, gets some drift off the old ball. Chase comes forward and looks to push it with soft hands for just a single. But ends up chipping it aerially towards long on, where Babar Azam comes forward a bit and takes it around his chest height easily. This was an important wicket for both teams, and now, Pakistan have an upper hand in this contest. 233/7
43 OUT! CAUGHT! Another perishes, and the Windies are six down. Shaheen Afridi has been brilliant with the old ball here. He bowls it full and keeps it around off, Romario Shepherd comes forward and swings hard on it to go across. The ball gets some drift off the deck and comes later than Romario would have expected it to be. Gets it sliced off the outer half of the bat and the ball flies towards deep backward point, where Abdullah Shafique runs from wide deep fine leg to his right and pouches this running catch nicely around his chest height. This is an important strike for Pakistan as Shepherd could have hoicked some quick runs down the order. 215/6

48.5 OUT! BOWLED'EM! Naseem Shah finally gets his man. This is bowled full and quick and on off, Gudakesh Motie tries to shuffle across and play the falling lap sweep but only manages to fall over. The ball goes through the gap between bat and pad to smash into the stumps and Motie has to depart after playing a blinder of a knock worth 31 runs off just 18 balls. 280/9
47.2 OUT! CLEANED HIM UP! A searing yorker from Shaheen Afridi, right on the money. This is bowled full and straight, tails back into the middle stump. Too good for a lower-order batter, and Shamar Joseph is completely undone as the ball sneaks past the willow to crash into the stumps. West Indies are eight down, and this is the fourth wicket for Afridi. 262/8
49 OUT! TIMBER! Full and quick from Naseem Shah, swinging back in. Too good for a tailender and Jediah Blades is beaten all ends up. He tries to block but the ball sneaks through bat and pad and goes on to hit the leg pole. West Indies are all out for 280 runs in exactly 49 overs. 280/10
3 OUT! EDGED AND GONE! That is a peach from Jayden Seales! Bowled on a hard length around off and middle at 132.9 kph. The ball pitches and seams away beautifully with some additional bounce. Saim Ayub looks to stay put and block, but the ball kisses the outside edge and goes straight into the clutches of Shai Hope behind the stumps. Windies get an early breakthrough here. 16/1
12 OUT! LBW! Excellent review from WIndies! They have got rid of Abdullah Shafique. On a hard length, from wide of the crease to create an inward angle, around middle, Shafique comes forward a bit and looks to flick it, but misses due to that inward angle and gets beaten on the inside edge. He gets rapped on the back pad and there goes a massive appeal for LBW from the bowler, but the umpire turns it down! However, Shamar Joseph is pretty much convinced and asks his skipper instantly to go for a review. Shai Hope was a bit hesitant, and Roston Chase was seen shaking his head to not take a review, but Hope listened to his bowler and opted for a review before the timer ran out. Third umpire is called in, and nothing is on the UltraEdge. However, Ball Tracking presents three reds, and the on-field umpire will have to change his decision. What a review this has been and what a spell from a spearhead. Shamar has been pretty good with his lines, and he has reaped a reward here. Pakistan are two down. 63/2
23.3 OUT! STUMPED! A string of seven dot balls followed by a wicket, and Gudakesh Motie gets the better of Babar Azam here. Slows it up nicely at just 84.1 kph and drags the length back, bowling it outside off. Babar Azam comes down the pitch but is beaten in flight and ends up walking past the ball as he looks to loft it over covers. Shai Hope has all the time in the world to whip off the bails, and Babar has to walk back after getting set for 47, and the Windies get a huge wicket. 118/3
37.2 OUT! GIVEN LBW! Shamar Joseph is pumped up, but Mohammad Rizwan takes a review here! Hard length, nips back in, around middle, skids through the surface, Mohammad Rizwan hops up and looks to flick it but misses and gets beaten on the inside edge. Gets hit on the front pad, and the appeal goes up from Shamar again, but the umpire raises his finger this time. Third umpire is called in, and there is nothing on UltraEdge. Ball Tracking shows that it is three reds, and the on-field call stays. Mohammad Rizwan will have to go back, and that is a huge wicket for the Windies as the set batter and the skipper of Pakistan is gone. Pakistan are five down. It took just two balls for Shamar in his returning spell to take a wicket. How impressive he has been. 180/5

30.4 OUT! CAUGHT AND BOWLED! A soft dismissal and Windies break through. Chase keeps it slower through the air, on the nagging length and around middle, Salman Agha goes back and looks to turn it into the leg side with soft hands to take a single. But the ball gets some grip and holds on the surface as it comes a bit later than Agha would have expected it to be. He ends up chipping it back off the upper half of the bat to the bowler, Roston Chase, who takes it easily. Pakistan are four down. Chase is pumped up, and Agha walks back in disbelief as he is distraught because he was set and looking good. 158/4
