Deccan Chargers may be out of contention in the Indian Premier League after losing 11 of their 13 matches but Chennai Super Kings coach Kepler Wessels says the hosts still pose a threat to their semifinal chances in Tuesday's match here.

"They are a very dangerous side. When you look at the match winners they have in their ranks they are a very, very good side, very dangerous side. We know that their team has nothing to lose," he said in a pre-match press conference when asked whether his team expected to pull off an easy win against the Chargers.

Tuesday's match here is a do-or-die contest for the Super Kings if they are to qualify for the semi-finals of the tournament.

The team has won seven of the 13 matches it has played so far.

Wessels said he expected the match to be very competitive with both sides approaching it with "passion and aggression".

"I think it will be a competitive match. I think both teams will play very forcefully. I think it will probably end up being a very exciting match. I think both teams will approach it with a lot of passion and lot of aggression. I think it will be a good game," he said.

Wessels ruled out any changes in the Super Kings' line-up for the match.
