Short rocks back and looks to punch it through cover but reads it incorrectly off the deck as well. The ball turns in and beats the inside edge by a long way before crashing into the stumps. The ball ends up being a full toss and Rajapaksa flicks it aerially toward deep mid-wicket. The boundary is a big one and Rajapaksa doesn't get much timing on it. This is bowled on a good length and really close to the off pole. Jitesh Sharma looks to play this into the off side but plays inside the line of the ball. The ball goes past the outside edge and Wriddhiman Saha collects this behind the wicket and appeals. The bowler is unmoved and so is the umpire but the wicket-keeper convinces Hardik Pandya to go upstairs just in time. UltraEdge shows a faint nick and Jitesh Sharma has to depart. Joshua Little bowls this full and outside the off pole, Shahrukh Khan backs away and hits it crisply toward wide mid off and sets off for the single. Hardik Pandya from mid off and David Miller from extra cover both go after the ball and clash a bit, ending up fumbling the ball. This prompts Shahrukh to retain strike and he goes for it. Miller though picks up the ball and fires in a quick throw at the keeper's end. Wriddhiman Saha whips off the bails and the replays confirm that Shahrukh is outside his crease. 152/7

Joshua Little comes from over the wicket and angles in a fuller delivery at the legs. Harpreet Brar backs away and looks to flick it leg side but gets beaten on the inside edge. The batters scamper through as the ball goes to the right of the keeper. Wriddhiman Saha is quick to latch on to it and quickly throws it back onto the stumps. The ball flies down to deep square leg and Matthew Short takes a brilliant catch inches inside the ropes. The ball comes in at a difficult height but Sai Sudharsan looks to take it on. Pandya looks to whack this one over long on but gets it off the toe end of the bat. He ends up hitting it flat and toward long on, straight to Sam Curran who makes no mistake and takes the catch.
