New Delhi:  World No. 1 tennis player Novak Djokovic has stacked up the entire supply of world's most expensive cheese for the next year for his chain of restaurants in Serbia.

London's Daily Telegraph says Djokovic is hoarding the stash of "Pule", which is made of donkey milk and comes only from a single supplier. Each pound of the cheese, which takes 25 litres of donkey milk, costs almost $500.

Pule is made in Zasavica, Serbia, and it similar to Spanish manchego.

Donkey milk is said to be very healthy for humans as it has anti-allergen properties and is low on fat.
