18.4 OUT! KNOCKED'EM OVER! This is absolutely a ripper from Vigneshwaran Akash. Sri Lanka Under-19 get their first breakthrough and now they will look to build on this wicket. This is a wrong'un, pitching it just outside off and turning in sharply. Adnaan Lagadien gets on his front foot and leans to drive it away from his body, but the ball finds the gap between the bat and pad and uproots the middle stump. Lagadien has to depart after a hefty knock of 48 off 57 and just misses out on his fifty. South Africa Under-19 are 96 after the loss of their first wicket. 96/1

22.5 OUT! BOWLED'EM! The South African skipper will be gutted after that dismissal. Nothing to take away from Akash as it's a terrific delivery, but Bulbulia could have done a lot better. This is another googly, fuller, and pitching around the fifth stump, turning in. Muhammad Bulbulia expects the wrong 'un as he lunges forward, but only halfway through, and plays inside the line of the delivery. The ball beats the outside edge of the batter and just brushes the off stump to knock the bails off it. There's a slight halt after the wicket to check whether the bails were knocked off by the delivery or the keeper's glove. But the third umpire is satisfied and it flashes Out on the big screen. 113/2

Sri Lanka were hardly getting any wickets throughout the inning, but just after the first breakthrough, they have crawled back into the game and in the blink of an eye, South Africa Under-19 are down three men with 125 on the board. This is fuller, on middle, Jason Rowles charges down the track and tries to smoke it downtown, but mistimes the shot. The ball hits the inner part of his bat as well and loops toward the long on region, where Dimantha Mahavithana comes a bit forward and takes the catch neatly. 125/3

Bandile Mbatha is on his back foot, looking to punch it away, but the ball grips on the track and takes a sharp spin toward the stumps. Lethabo Phahlamohlaka hangs back to block it, thinking the ball would turn away from his body, but as he sees the delivery angling toward him, adjust and tries to flick it to mid-wicket uncomfortably. However, the ball skids through and sneaks past the inside edge to crash onto the middle stump. South Africa Under-19 lose their sixth wicket with 211 runs on the board. 211/6

45 OUT! CAUGHT AND BOWLED! Second wicket for Kavija Gamage. This is fuller with flight to offer, slower through the air. Corne Botha gets on his front foot and looks to push it back to the bowler, but ends up playing the shot with hard hands and the ball loops toward the right of the bowler. Gamage hops a bit and takes the dolly safely. 221/7

30.4 OUT! EDGED AND TAKEN! Corne Botha has got his man and it's the big fish. This is a hard-length delivery, pitching it on leg and middle and shaping away off the seam. Viran Chamuditha prods halfway and looks to defend on his front, but it just kisses the outside edge of the willow. Lethabo Phahlamohlaka, the keeper, gets wrong-footed, but dives to his right to grab it. It pops up but he manages to pouch it safely into his gloves while falling down. Also, makes sure it does not hit the ground. The umpires want to check if it is a fair catch or not and the replay shows that it is clean as a whistle. An exceptional inning comes to an end as Viran Chamuditha has to walk back, scoring 110 off 94 balls. 191/3

5.2 OUT! EDGED AND GONE! Michael Kruiskamp draws first blood here. He goes fuller this time around off, angling it away, inviting the batter to go for the drive. Dimantha Mahavithana obliges and goes after it but gets a thick outside edge towards second slip, where Adnaan Lagadien takes a sharp low catch to his left. However, concern for him as he looks in some pain and has stayed down while the team is celebrating the wicket. Dimantha walks back for 4 off 13, and Sri Lanka Under-19 are 23/1, chasing 262 runs. 23/1

Classic Commentator's Curse - Rohan Gavaskar on air, just before this delivery said, 'It does not look like these two batters are going to make a mistake,' and here we have a wicket against the run of play. Corne Botha lands this on a hard length and just outside off. Senuja Wekunagoda bends low and just tries to guide it away, but only with his hands, as his feet do not move much. He ends up getting an inside edge back onto the stumps. He is absolutely devastated and gets consoled by his partner on the way back. Senuja departs after scoring a fine 48 off 63, just missing out on his fifty and the massive 143-run stand has been broken. 166/2

41.3 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Paul James strikes, and the Proteas still have an outside chance here. This is a slower delivery, full and on off. Vimath Dinsara comes down the track to go big downtown, but goes through the shot early and loses his bottom hand. It takes the outside edge and goes behind, where Lethabo Phahlamohlaka makes no mistake. Dinsara goes back for a valuable 32 off 38, and Sri Lanka Under-19 lose half their side now, still needing 25 runs in 51 balls. 237/5

34 OUT! EDGED AND TAKEN! What an outstanding take it is from Lethabo Phahlamohlaka. This is pitched fuller, just outside off and angles it away from the right-handed batter, taking pace off as well. Kavija Gamage looks to heave it across the line, but goes through the shot early and gets an outside edge that lobs wide of the keeper. Phahlamohlaka flies to his right and takes another superb catch as the ball nestles in his right glove, and he holds on to it even after hitting the ground hard.  Sri Lanka Under-19 are 206 for 4 and they need 56 more in 96 deliveries. 206/4
