5.5 OUT! DRAGGED ON! One shot too many for Temba Bavuma! Hard length and on middle, skids through a bit. Bavuma takes a step down and looks to pull it away but the length is not that short for the shot. He ends up getting an inside edge onto his back thigh, and the ball then deflects onto the off stump to remove a bail. South Africa are 39/3 now! 39/3

Drops it on the shorter side, at the stumps, and Tony de Zorzi rocks back to swat it away over deep mid-wicket, but fails to get the desired connection as he hits it from the bottom of the bat. Darted into the right-hander from around the wicket, on the fuller side, Brevis plants his front foot forward and ends up getting too close to the ball. Swings to go down the ground but ends up slicing it straight down the throat of long off where Cameron Green is in a few yards off the ropes. Green grabs it in reverse-cup style over his head. 19.2 OUT! CAUGHT! Spectacular grab by Marnus Labuschagne! Looped up by Cooper, full and on middle, Mulder winds up and swings to blast it down the ground. Fails to get under the ball properly to get the elevation. Hits it hard but flat and it travels quickly to long on. Marnus charges in off the ropes and dives full-length in front. Goes at it with both hands and the ball ends up sticking in the left hand. Wiaan is asked to wait as the third umpire checks the fairness of the catch. The replays confirm that Labsuchagne managed to get his hands under the ball and scooped it cleanly inches above the turf. Floated up from around the wicket, full and on middle and leg, Bosch plants his front foot forward and lofts it down the ground. Fails to get enough elevation to clear Marnus Labuschagne at long on. Labuschagne is a step or two away from the fence there. Times the jump to perfection and holds onto the catch while ensuring that he stays away from the rope. 145/8

23.5 OUT! STUMPED! Cooper Connolly gets his 5-fer! Maharaj runs down the track and Cooper Connolly is smart enough to pull his length back, around the off stump. Keshav Maharaj is nowhere near the pitch of the ball and swings across. The ball sneaks under the bat and Josh Inglis collects it neatly on his right to whip off the bails in quick time. 154/9

Kwena Maphaka goes for the reverse sweep but the ball catches him on the glove and lobs in front of Travis Head at a shortish backward point. Head runs in and dives in front to complete the catch.
