He bowls it on a good length, pitching it on the seventh stump, angling it in, but nips it a shy bit away from the batter. Rachin Ravindra expects the delivery to attack the stumps but the ball just kisses the outside edge and goes straight into the gloves of Shai Hope. Mitchell Santner tends to go big down the ground but mistimes his shot. They bowled tight, and their skipper did the rest of the job to bag the scalp. This one is fuller once again on off Alick Athanaze gets down on one knee to sweep it, but he sweeps it a bit uppish and just toward the left of the square leg fielder. Kyle bowls a full and wide delivery, Carty's eyes light up and he looks to smack the cover drive square of the wicket but ends up slicing it towards point. Shai Hope gets hurried off the deck and miscues the pull shot over and just behind square leg. The ball holds up in the air for quite a while but Rachin Ravindra does well to come in, settle under it and pouch it safely. Hope departs for 37 and he was starting to look good as well. 138/4

45.1 OUT! TAKEN! That's a big wicket for New Zealand! Jacob Duffy bowls back of a length, on off and middle. Sherfane Rutherford clears his front foot to pull it against the wind, but the ball loops and falls in the deep mid-wicket region, where Devon Conway, runs toward the skier and dives forward to scoop the catch at his front. 39.2 OUT! CAUGHT! A well-directed bumper and Matt Henry gets another crucial wicket for his team. Henry steams in and bowls a short-pitched delivery over middle, angling it in towards the face of the batter. Roston Chase takes his eyes off the ball for a moment and gets rushed, and awkwardly tries to pull but gets a top edge down to fine leg. Zakary Foulkes takes a solid catch and New Zealand pick up their fifth wicket. 169/5
