Alexander Stadium

The opening and closing ceremonies of Commonwealth Games 2022 will take place at Alexander Stadium. The track and field events at the venue will take place from August 2 to 7.

While the permanent capacity of the stadium is to hold 18,000 spectators, the addition of temporary stands increases the capacity to 30,000.
