Former champion Maria Sharapova joined two other Russian women in the fourth round at Wimbledon with straight-set victories on Saturday. Sharapova, the 2004 Wimbledon winner, beat American Amy Frazier 6-3, 6-2. Number seven Elena Dementieva beat another Russian, Elena Likhovtseva, 7-5, 6-3. And ninth-seeded Anastasia Myskina, who won the French Open in 2004, defeated Anabel Medina Garrigues of Spain 6-3, 6-4. Likhovtseva, who was playing a record 49th consecutive Grand Slam, needed an injury time out after the first set to have her right ankle retaped. Dementieva and Likhovtseva each had 23 unforced errors while Dementieva had nine double-faults and Likhovtseva seven. In another show-court match involving a Russian woman on Saturday, 19th-seeded Ana Ivanovic of Serbia beat 14th-seeded Dinara Safina 3-6, 7-6 (3), 6-1. (AP)
