However, their supporters have been dealt a blow ahead of the 2024-25 UCL season.

This is because the stadium does not meet the design, safety and accommodation standards for UEFA competitions.

Only 5,000 seats out of the nearly 16,000-capacity stadium meet the UEFA standards.

As a result, Brest will have to play their home matches at the Stade de Roudourou, the home stadium of Ligue 2 club EA Guingamp.
