With this win, Spain created history as they became the team with the most number (4) of Euro Cup titles.

The team with the second-most number of Euro titles is Germany. They have won the trophy in 1972, 1980, 1996.

France are next up on the list with a total of two Euro titles to their name. They won the title in 1984 and 2000.
