Opening batter Saim Ayub was the main architect of Pakistan's victory as he scored 113* off just 62 balls.

With this, Saim achieved a big feat, becoming the first batter in the history of ODIs to score a ton with the team's total less than 150 (148/0).

Earlier, the record for the lowest team total with a player scoring a century was held by Scotland (157-0) vs Namibia.
