Krunal Pandya Achieves Historic 1st In IPL

The 18-year-old IPL trophy drought came to an end for Royal Challengers Bengaluru after they defeated Punjab Kings.

Asked to bat first, RCB posted a good total of 190/9 with Virat Kohli scoring 43 off 35 balls.

Later, PBKS started the proceedings well but the RCB bowlers quickly bounced back and restricted them to 184/7.

For RCB, the best bowler was all-rounder Krunal Pandya as he registered the figures of 2/17 in 4 overs.

With this performance, Krunal also clinched the Player of the Match award and also achieved a historic feat.

Krunal became the first player to win the Player of the Match award in two IPL finals.
