David Nalbandian, Guillermo Coria enter semi-final of Hamburg Masters.

Hamburg:

David Nalbandian reached his first semi-final of the year when he rallied from a 4-1 deficit in the third set to beat Fernando Gonzalez 5-7, 6-3, 6-4 at the Hamburg Masters. The eighth-seeded Argentine is the highest-ranked player left in the field. Guillermo Coria needed less than an hour to sweep past Mark Philippoussis 6-2, 6-0. Nalbandian became the first Argentine to reach the Wimbledon final, where he lost to Hewitt last year. He was also a quarter-finalist at the Australian Open earlier this year. The $2.4 million Hamburg clay-court event is a major tune-up for the French Open, which starts on May 26. (AP)
