Paris: This year's French Open has proved to be a landmark occasion for Argentina, with three of the four semi-finalists from the South American nation. Britain's Tim Henman is the fourth semi-finalist and his presence in the last four has raised the prospects of a first British winner at Roland Garros since Fred Perry 70 years ago. Henman's win over Juan Ignaico Chela got him the first semi-final berth at a grand slam other than Wimbledon. However third seed Guillermo Coria is going to be a tough nut to crack for Henman. Coria favourite Coria has lost just one clay court match in the last one year and the fact that he demolished Carlos Moya in straight sets in the quarters shows just why he's such a favourite. Argentine David Nalbandian, meanwhile, is set for his third grand slam semi-final appearance. His four set win over Gustavo Kuerten was certainly the best match of the quarter-finals. Nalbandian faces fellow Argentine Gauston Gaudio in the last four. Gaudio is the only unseeded player in the semis and he had the easiest quarter-final match against Lleyton Hewitt despite the busted knee.
