The 34-year-old, who strained his calf muscle earlier this summer, aggravated the injury during the quarter-finals on Tuesday.

They were scheduled to play the semi-final against top seeds Slovenia's Katarina Srebotnik and Nenad Zimonjic of Serbia later on Thursday.
