The doubles pair of Mahesh Bhupathi and Max Mirnyi lost in the doubles final of the $800,000 ATP event at Queen's club in Birmingham on Sunday.

The Indo-Belarussian pair of Mahesh Bhupathi and Max Mirnyi lost in the doubles final of the $800,000 ATP event at Queen's club in Birmingham yesterday. Bhupathi and Mirnyi, the third-seeded duo, were beaten in straight sets 5-7, 3-6 by Wayne Black and Kevin Ullyet of Zimbabwe. The Queen's tournament is a warm-up tournament to the grass court All England Championships at Wimbledon beginning June 24. Bhupathi and Mirnyi had lost in the semi-finals of the French Open to Paul Haarhuis of Netherlands and Yevgeny Kafelnikov of Russia. (PTI)Topics mentioned in this article
