Bhupathi creates coaching organisation

Mahesh Bhupathi has joined hands with 'Team Tennis' to create 'Mahesh Bhupathi Team Tennis'(MBTT)to provide training to budding players.

New Delhi:

India's ace doubles player Mahesh Bhupathi has joined hands with 'Team Tennis' to create 'Mahesh Bhupathi Team Tennis'(MBTT), a coaching organisation which will provide training to budding players.

MBTT will manage and run coaching programmes in 49 locations in India and the UAE, providing local clubs and schools with multiple advanced training centres and greater support and resources.

"In our quest to build champions out of India, Team Tennis and MBTA (Mahesh Bhuptahi Tennis Academies) are coming together to create this structure. We now have the best team in the country and its our job to execute," Bhupathi, who is Managing Director of the MBTT, said.

The core team will include CEO Gaurav Natekar, Team Tennis founders Sanjay Minotra, Jaideep Bhatia and Aditya Sachdeva, who will be in-charge of player development.
