India does not have the same influence at the international level as it had a couple of years back, feels Sunil Gavaskar. Speaking to NDTV, the former India captain said this was largely due to the problems within the BCCI. Gavaskar also added that only two countries - England and Australia - had retained their clout at the international level. The BCCI, which received a severe financial jolt after the members of the ICC voted overwhelmingly to change the revenue sharing format, has been at odds not just with the international body, but things haven't been too cordial internally as well, with the BCCI office-bearers and the Supreme Court-constituted Committee of Administrators (CoA) disagreeing on many things.
