Olympic qualifiers: India beat Chile

India comfortably brushed aside the challenge of Chile 4-1 to set up a do-or-die encounter on Sunday against Great Britain.

India comfortably brushed aside the challenge of Chile 4-1 to set up a do-or-die encounter on Sunday against Great Britain in the World Olympic hockey qualifiers.

India had already reached the summit clash even before a ball was hit after Britain's victory over Austria earlier in the day.

But they just made sure of their place with an emphatic win as V R Raghunath scored twice to take his tally in the tournament to 10.

There were also goals from Bharath and Prabhjot Singh.
