New Delhi:

Fresh from the exploits Down Under in the three-nation event, the India hockey team is now readying for the four-nation Panasonic Cup in Germany later this month. Then ita€™s the Champions Trophy and then the Olympic qualifiers. So despite being the peak of summer in the capital, preparations are afoot and the team's six-day camp got underway today. However there was some bad news on day one of the camp a€" veteran Mukesh Kumar has pulled out of the tournament because of family problems. The first priority for coach Rajinder Singh seems fixing the leaky defense. But success on the pitch does not guarantee success off the pitch and with no official sponsor as yet for the team, money could be hard to come by. However, Rajinder Singh feels that the issue of finding a sponsor is the Federation's problem.
