India hold Pakistan to 1-1 draw

India and Pakistan played out a 1-1 draw in the sixth hockey match of the Friendship Series here today.

India and Pakistan played out a 1-1 draw in the sixth hockey match of the Friendship Series here today. Pakistan struck first with Gazanfar Ali striking 22 minutes into the game. Ignace Tirkey then reverted with an equaliser in the 33rd minute. The series stands at 3-1 in favour of Pakistan after today's match. This was the second game of the 4 test series being played in India. Pakistan had won the first game 3-1 in Delhi. They had earlier won the 4 test series at home 2-1.
