Azlan Shah Cup: Aussies beat India

The experimental Indian hockey team continues to be winless in the seven team Sultan Azlan Shah tournament in Malaysia. They lost 4-2 today to Australia.

The experimental Indian hockey team continues to be winless in the seven team Sultan Azlan Shah tournament in Malaysia. They lost 4-2 today to Australia. India however had a great chance to win the game. They were leading 2-0 till the 16th minute after a double strike by Dhanraj Pillay. But then Australia fought back with the first goal in the first half and then added three more in the 2nd half. India have now lost to Germany, Pakistan and Australia and had one draw with Malaysia. The team still has to play Spain and Korea.
