Woods leads British Open

Tiger Woods is in the lead but the trio of Serjio Garcia, Chris Dimarco and Ernie Els are all within striking distance of the world number one.

The British Open is set up for a cracker of day four. Tiger Woods is in the lead but the trio of Serjio Garcia, Chris Dimarco and Ernie Els are all within striking distance of the world number one. Garcia had a great start to his third round. This eagle on the second getting him started for a great day. He shot a round 7 under 65. Garcia is at 12 under for the tournament. Woods will start his final round at 13 under with a one shot cushion. His roller coaster round of 71 included four bogeys and five birdies like the one on the 6th. Also chasing Woods will be South African Ernie Els, tied for second at 12 under. Els finished at one under for the day.
