Fisher claims Dutch Open

Zaandvoort, Netherlands: Ross Fisher birdied the final hole for a final-round 3-under-par 67 and survived a rules inquiry for moving a bramble on the 12th to win the Dutch Open by one stroke.

Fisher bogeyed Nos 16 and 17 but sunk an 8-foot putt on the last to finish with a 12-under 268 and beat local hopeful Joost Luiten.
