Annika ties LPGA record

Annika Sorenstam has tied the LPGA record for the lowest final round score to win a tournament.

It isn't Tiger Woods in the limelight for weilding the golf club. Annika Sorenstam has tied the LPGA record for the lowest final round score to win a tournament. She shot a 10 under par 62 to win the State Farm Classic. Of course, along with that round she managed to win the State Farm Classic. Sorenstam started the final round five strokes behind the lead but came out firing but finished two strokes ahead of the competition. The Swede finishing with a final round score of 19 under par.
