Valentino Rossi won the Portuguese Grand Prix at Estoril for the fourth year in a row on Sunday.

Valentino Rossi won the Portuguese Grand Prix at Estoril for the fourth year in a row on Sunday, extending his MotoGP World Championship lead over Sete Gibernau. The Italian grabbed the lead in the first lap of the race and never looked back. Strong response Rossi leads the MotoGP Championship by 29 points from Gibernau. It was a strong response from the Italian and his Yamaha team after a string of qualification problems. Japan's Makoto Tamada finished second with Alex Barros of Brazil in the third place. Tony Elias won the 250cc race at Estoril, while Hector Barbera closed the gap on championship leader Andrea Dovizioso with his 125cc victory.Topics mentioned in this article
