Bourdais taken to hospital

Champ Car points leader Sebastien Bourdais was taken to the hospital for precautionary tests after Paul Tracy crashed into his car during the Grand Prix.

Champ Car points leader Sebastien Bourdais was taken to the hospital for precautionary tests after Paul Tracy crashed into his car during the Grand Prix of Cleveland on Sunday. Tracy got sandwiched between Bourdais and Bruno Junqueira between Turns 2 and 3 and went over the right side of Bourdais' car. Replays showed the left side of Tracy's car balanced on Bourdais' roll bar. Bourdais was removed from his car on a backboard. He complained of a headache, but didn't lose consciousness or appear to be seriously injured. (AP)
